Spicy fried chick peas with kale + preserved lemon

Rhode Island fluke ceviche with blood orange + mint

Salty head-on shrimp with garlic + chili oil

Sautéed squid with chorizo + arroz negro

Salt-roasted padrón peppers

Fried oysters with pickles + spicy mayo

Beef tongue salad with shaved fennel, black olive + salted caper

Merguez with spiced quince, yogurt and pomegranate

Broccoli rabe with garlic, lemon + pine nuts

Grilled Portuguese sardines with salsa verde

Steamed collard greens stuffed with curried cauliflower + potato

Mini-cassoulet of duck, pork and sausage

Fingerlings sautéed in goose fat with rooftop rosemary
